The Bird Egg ID Challenge Winners!

3/22/2016 | Eagle Cam, In the Classroom Jim Wright

Last week we asked you to identify the source of each of the four eggs and the birdie (above).

The answers are:
Egg 1 is from a Bald Eagle.

Egg 2 is from a Great Blue Heron.

Egg 3 is from  a Grade A extra large brown Chicken.

Sphere 4 -- a birdie, or possibly an eagle -- is from a golfer.

Egg 5 is from an Eastern Screech Owl.

Folks who got the right answers include: Joyce Haynes, Theresa Stathatos, Pat Price, Frances Duggan, Maryann Smith, Carol Kerewich, Carol Flanagan, Netty Verburg, Laura Krupa, Janet Rekesius, Lee Curtin, Linda Sohl, Deedee Burnside, Meredith Neria, Diane Cook, Sandra Talarico,  Irene Auleta, Pat Olivo and jliss001. You all have won our admiration! Thanks for being such good eggs.
